Which deadline rules does this use?

Payroll (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, Housing Levy, NITA) — by the 9th of the month after the payroll month.

VAT, Withholding Tax, Turnover Tax — by the 20th of the month after the sale or deduction.

Individual annual income tax return — 30 June each year, for the previous calendar year.

Corporate instalment tax — 20th of the 4th, 6th, 9th and 12th months of your accounting year; the balance is due within 4 months of year end.

BRS annual return — anniversary of incorporation. Single business permit — county-set, commonly early in the year.

Weekend rule — when a statutory date lands on a Saturday or Sunday, this planner moves the reminder to the previous working day so you are never late. Public holidays are not adjusted — check those yourself.

All of the above are stated as defaults from public filing rules. Rates, bands and dates change — confirm current rules; iTax notices prevail.

General guide from public filing rules as at 2026. Late-filing penalties are real — confirm every deadline on iTax / eCitizen before relying on it. This is not tax advice. Nothing is uploaded.
