Estimate the stamp duty on a Kenyan property transfer, plus indicative legal and Land Registry fees and your total transaction cost. Stamp duty is assessed on the Government Valuer's market value, not the price you agree — so enter the higher of the two if you can.
Exemptions are not automatic — you must apply to the Collector of Stamp Duties with a statutory declaration and supporting documents.
