You get two complete looks: a bold signature colourway tuned to the occasion, and a coordinated alternate that flips between light and dark. Each comes as both an Instagram/Facebook square and a WhatsApp/Story portrait, re-laid-out for each size so nothing looks stretched. The portrait adds the speaker line and a register pill.

Editing is simple: set the topic and subtitle, name the speaker, add your register link, and set the date, time and platform (Zoom, Meet, YouTube). Open the editable SVG in your browser, Canva, Figma, Illustrator or Inkscape.

The fonts are free (Open Font Licence) — the download names each one and where to get it. Nothing is baked in that you can't change.

Questions

How do I edit it?

Open the editable .svg in your browser, Canva (upload SVG), Figma, Adobe Illustrator or the free Inkscape. Click any text to set the topic, speaker and details, and export a PNG or JPG to share, or a PDF to print.

What sizes do I get?

Two: a 1080×1080 square for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp posts, and a 1080×1920 portrait for WhatsApp status and Instagram/Facebook stories. Each is designed for its shape, not stretched.

Are the fonts included?

The fonts are free under the Open Font Licence, so we don't ship the files — the included instructions name each font and link you to download it from Google Fonts once.

Can I use it for my training or clients?

Yes. You may edit and use it for your own or your clients' events, in print and online, as often as you like. You may not resell or give away the template file itself. Full terms are in the download.

How do I pay?

KES 250, once, via M-Pesa (Kenya). After payment you get the download link immediately, and the files are yours to keep.
