Yellow cells only. You type in the yellow cells; the rest are locked formulas. Gridlines are off and it prints clean on A4.

Add everyone on the Members tab with their birthday and phone. Put anniversaries on Key Dates; recurring bills and savings goals — with amounts and due dates — on Bills & Goals; where each important document is kept on Documents; and the people to call on Emergency, alongside your home directions and nearest hospital.

Yellow cells are yours; grey rows are examples to type over. Bills & Goals lets you dropdown each row as a Bill, Goal or Debt and total what's coming. Sort any tab by its Date column to see what's next.

Can the whole family use it?

Yes. Keep it in a shared Google Drive folder and open it with Google Sheets so any adult can see the members, bills, documents and emergency info from their own phone.

Is our information safe?

The file is yours — it lives on your device or your own Drive, and nothing is uploaded to us. Keep it in a private folder and only share it with the family.
