Add each patient once on the Patients tab — number, name, phone, gender, age — and their visit count, total billed, total paid and outstanding balance fill in automatically. Record each visit on the Visits tab: date, patient (from a dropdown), reason or diagnosis, service, amount billed and amount paid. Any patient with a balance is flagged in red.
The Dashboard totals your patients, visits, amount billed, collected and outstanding at a glance. Patient records are sensitive — keep the file on a device only your staff can reach, and if you use Google Sheets, share it with named people, never a public link. Yellow cells are for typing; the rest is locked.
