Free Customer CRM & Sales Pipeline (Excel) — leads & follow-ups

Deals don't die from bad products — they die from a follow-up nobody made. This free CRM keeps every lead in one place, with its stage, its value and its next follow-up, and tells you each morning exactly who to call.

  • Dashboard: deals by stage, open pipeline, won value

The tabs

  • Start Here (guide)
  • Contacts
  • Interactions
  • Dashboard

Yellow cells only. You type in the yellow cells; the rest are locked formulas. Gridlines are off and it prints clean on A4.

Add each lead or customer on the Contacts tab: name, company, phone, the deal's stage (Lead → Contacted → Quoted → Negotiating → Won or Lost), its value and when to follow up next. Log every call, WhatsApp or meeting on the Interactions tab so you never lose the thread. Set today's date and any follow-up that's due is flagged DUE.

The Dashboard shows how many deals sit at each stage, your open pipeline value, what you've won, and how many follow-ups are due now — so nothing slips. Yellow cells for typing; counts and totals are locked formulas. Opens in Excel or Google Sheets. Won the deal? Send the invoice in seconds.

Frequently asked questions

How does it know which follow-ups are due?

Each contact has a next-follow-up date. Set today's date on the Dashboard and any contact whose date has arrived (and isn't already Won or Lost) is flagged DUE, with a count on the dashboard.

What is open pipeline?

The total value of every deal that isn't yet Won or Lost — the money still in play. It's the single number that tells you how healthy your sales are.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes — upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets; the dropdowns and dashboard carry over.
