Frequently asked questions

How is each vehicle's profit calculated?

Net = the day's fares minus all the day's costs (fuel, maintenance, crew wages and other). Each vehicle's daily nets roll up so you see its true running profit, not just its takings.

Can it track a mixed fleet?

Yes — bodas, matatus and tuk-tuks together. Each vehicle has its own plate and type, and the dashboard ranks them all so you can compare like with like.

How do I spot a vehicle losing money?

Any vehicle whose net is negative is flagged red on the Vehicles tab, and the dashboard ranking puts your worst performers at the bottom — so a loss-maker can't hide behind a busy fleet.
