Set the fundraiser name and target on the Dashboard. On the Pledges tab, add each contributor with what they pledged and what they've paid — the balance, a status (Fulfilled, Partial, Pledged or Gift) and the channel fill in automatically. Fulfilled pledges turn green; those still unpaid show red, so your follow-up list is obvious.
The Dashboard totals the number of contributors, total pledged, total collected and what's still outstanding, with a progress bar to the target. The formulas are locked and only the yellow cells accept typing, so you can share the sheet with the committee without anyone breaking the totals.
