The Tariffs tab is an editable, dated reference — the withdrawal bands from KES 50 up to 150,000, plus your typical send, Pay Bill and Buy Goods figures. Tariffs change, so the honest design keeps them in yellow cells you confirm against your own M-Pesa app rather than baking a number into a formula that quietly goes stale.

On the Cost Log you pick the type — Withdraw, Send, Pay Bill or Buy Goods — and enter the amount; the charge fills in and a running total builds. Over a month it shows exactly what M-Pesa charges cost you, and the recurring lesson: paying a Till or Pay Bill directly is usually free, while send-then-withdraw pays twice.

How much does it cost to withdraw from M-Pesa?

The agent withdrawal fee rises in bands with the amount — from around KES 11 at the KES 50–100 band up to a few hundred shillings at the top bands. This tracker holds the full band table (editable, so you keep it current) and looks up the charge for any amount you enter. Receiving and small sends are free; the cost is at withdrawal.

Are the 2026 tariffs exact?

Safaricom updates its tariffs from time to time, so the bands ship as an editable, dated reference rather than a locked figure. Confirm the current charge in your M-Pesa app (send money, then view charges) and edit any band that has moved — the whole workbook follows the numbers on the Tariffs tab.

Is the basic version free?

Yes. The tariff table and cost log are free to download and keep. The premium upgrade adds a dashboard that breaks your charges down by type and shows where the money leaks — an optional KES 500.
