On the Batches tab, set your expiring-soon window (default 3 months) at the top, then list each batch: drug name, batch number, quantity, unit cost, expiry date and supplier. Months left is worked out from today using TODAY(), so it stays current every time you open the file, and each batch is flagged EXPIRED (red), EXPIRING SOON (amber) or OK (green). The Clear First tab lists the batches with the least shelf life, soonest first, so you always know what to sell, use or return next before it becomes a loss.
The Summary shows how many batches you track, your total stock value, and the value already expired or expiring soon. The premium upgrade adds an expiry dashboard that counts and values what expires in each period as bars, a supplier analysis of value at risk, and a printable A4 report with an automatic ALERT / WARNING line - all with Swahili labels beside the English. Months remaining uses a plain date subtraction, so it works the same in Excel, WPS and Google Sheets. Yellow cells are for typing; the rest is locked.
