On the Items tab, list each consumable once - name, category (Gloves, Syringes, PPE, Reagents, Consumables or Other), unit, opening stock, reorder level and unit cost in KES. On the Movements tab, log each delivery as In and each issue to a room or use as Out, picking the item from a dropdown. The Items tab then rolls up total in, total out, stock now and stock value, and flags every line OK, LOW (amber) or OUT (red) against its reorder level, so you restock before you run dry mid-clinic.
The Summary gives you the headline at a glance: how many items you carry, your total stock value, and how many lines are low or out. The premium upgrade adds a value-by-category dashboard, a deeper category analysis and a printable A4 stock-take sheet, with Swahili labels beside the English. The cells you type into are yellow; every formula is locked. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets, so you can keep it on the store computer or on your phone.
